Delivery time and method: This product is not available for in-person delivery if you order recharge only and No greetings card is available with this product. However you can order this product with other gifts (such as cake, flower etc) and the recharge card will be delivered along with other gifts.  We will deliver the serial number for recharge in between 11am-4pm- Dhaka time. Order placed after 4pm- Dhaka time will be delivered on the next day. We will send the recharge serial and pin to your email address.

Easy Smart Pay process:

Step 1:  Go to Self-Care portal by navigating through Banglalionwimax.com->My Account or  http://care.banglalionwimax.com
Step 2:  Enter your User Name and Password
Step 3:  Click on Top Up link
Step 4:  Enter Serial Number and PIN of your card to recharge.

Important:  Please make sure you are ordering the correct product (Pre or Post paid) as the serial numbers are different and delivered item is non-refundable. Problem with the Network and recharge system is a common issue in Bangladesh. Please check with the recipient that she/he has received the recharge. Please contact us within 24 hours of your order if the recharge is not delivered yet. It may not be possible for us to track it after 48 hours.
