How to place your order:

Order online and pay in multiple currencies (BDT, AUD, USD, CAD, Euro, GBP )

Order via e-mail or phone: Contact us if you are unable to order online.

Order at UpoharBD office at Dhanmondi, Dhaka and pay at the same time.
Delivery time and date: You will get the option to provide the gift delivery date and time at checkout and the package will be delivered according to your instruction.
Ordering time: Online shop is open 24/7 and you can order whenever you like. But we strongly recommend you to order 48 hours/ 2 days before the gift delivery day. This time allows us to make sure the best possible package for you. Same day service is available for most products.
P hoto Confirmation: You will receive photo of your ordered and delivered gift in your email within 48 hours of gift delivery.
How to pay for your order:
We delivery our service once payment is cleared for an order. You can use any of the following option to pay for your order based on your currency, location and availability:
- Credit Card: In Bangladesh you will be able to pay online in BDT using your VISA card from any bank. Our online payment processing gateway for Bangladesh is managed by BRAC bank and it is 100% secure. Also you can use your BRAC bank mobile Wallet ID to pay online. From any other countries you will be able to pay online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo in your currency or USD; online payment will be processed by secure PayPal gateway.
- PayPal: use your PayPal account to pay for your order. The most secure way of online payment.
- Bank Deposit or online Transfer: In Bangladesh you can deposit the due amount at any BRAC bank branch in BDT. You can deposit due amount in any Westpac bank or transfer it online to our account in AUD if you are in Australia. In USA, UK, Canada and European countries - you can open a PayPal account and then link your bank account to pay online using your bank account. - Western Union, MoneyGram, XPressMoney: Use this option to transfer due amount in Bangladeshi Taka to our Dhaka office. This is the most popular option if you are in middle eastern countries and you do not have a credit card.
- SA Paribahan money transfer: Go to any nearest SA Paribahan branch in any city in Bangladesh and transfer the due amount to our Dhaka office.
- Pay at our office: You can come to our office at Dhanmondi, Dhaka or send your representative to pay for the due amount. You will receive 'Travel Discount' for this option as you have to travel to our office. You can place your order at the same time as well.
- Pick-up from your location: Our staff can go to your preferred location to pick-up payment. Additional charge applies for this option as we will have to travel to your location. Payment has to be cleared before the gift delivery date, not during gift delivery.
- Payment for corporate and bulk order: Special arrangements are available; please contact us to discuss options.
