Where do we deliver Gift?We deliver all over Bangladesh except Khagrasori, Bandarban, Rangamati, Cox's Bazar and Noakhali. All gifts are available at anytime unless any variation is specified in the product description. Delivery charge - free or how much & whyAll the gifts are delivered by our own trained and trusted Staff to all over Bangladesh. We do not use external delivery service to maintain the quality of our gift delivery service. Delivery to Dhaka and all Mobile Recharge to any cities are free of Charge. But delivery charge need to be paid for other cities. Why? well the answer is simple - You can't get the best products at other cities than Dhaka and you pay for the transportation only. Some company offer free delivery to some of the cities but how can you get a cake from Dhaka COOPERS to Sylhet or Chittagong without transporting using a air-conditioned service. Our price is justified and Quality is more important to us. You will be able to view the International EMS post charge while ordering the product as it depends on the weight and type of product. Only Sharee, Dress & Books are available for EMS. Delivery Charge to Different District of Bangladesh are given here. You may see a small difference at the checkout as the cost is dependent on the current currency conversion rate: Do we deliver Internationally?Yes, but only Dress/Sharee and Books via EMS. Usually it takes 5-7 days to arrive at your address.
Delivery time? Can you select your preferred?Yes, you will get the option at checkout to select your preferred delivery date and time matched with the recipient's availability. You can request us to call the recipient to confirm the delivery time. We deliver from 7am in the morning to 10pm at night. Contact us for any special request. Do we have urgent or same-day delivery service?Yes we do. Please order online and call/SMS our international office on +61-411848758 or send email to upoharbd@yahoo.com to request a fast track processing. We check orders in a timely manner and we may miss to check your urgent order if you don't contact us. There is no additional charge for emergency delivery service but it is available to Dhaka city only. Can we deliver a gift without going to his/her address?Its easy, he/she can come to our office and pick up the gift. You will see 'Any Special Request' option at checkout and type your request there. We will contact the recipient and organize a time that she can come to our office at Dhanmondi, Dhaka and pick up the gift. This service is available for deliveries to other cities than Dhaka as well, we will call her and select a prominent place as pickup point. What if there is a Strike/ Road Block / Sudden flood or unavoidable situation to hold delivery?We will contact you and try to find a comfortable time to deliver the gift as soon as possible. How do we send the confirmation of your order and after the gift is delivered?UPOHAR maintains a top class delivery confirmation; You will receive your order and gift delivery confirmation in the following steps : Step 1: You will receive email as soon as you place an order and complete the payment at UpoharBD. Those email will confirm the status of your order. Please provide a valid email address while placing the order to receive all the confirmation properly.
