Delivery time and date: You will get the option to provide the gift delivery date and time at the checkout and the package will be delivered according to your instruction. Urgent and same day delivery is available. To receive the best service, you have to order 36 hours prior to the delivery time to let us deliver the gift at your selected time. We may need to alter the delivery time if you place an urgent order but we will always deliver the gift at your selected date.

Ordering time: Our online shop is open 24/7 and you can order whenever you like. But we strongly recommend you to order 48 hours/ 2 days before the gift delivery day. This time allows us to make sure the best possible package for you. However, urgent delivery is available. Please contact customer service if you need an urgent delivery

Photo Confirmation: You can select YES to 'Photo Confirmation' at checkout and we will take the photo of the gift and recipient while delivering the gift. We will send those photo to your email address within 48-72 hours of the delivery. So there is no chance that we will deliver a different product than the advertised or ordered one. If your ordered product is not available due to any unavoidable circumstance, we will contact you and ask about the alteration. Please read the product description while ordering to know about any variation. This service is unique to UpoharBD and it is a great way to see the recent photos of your loved-one; FREE. You may select NO to 'Photo Confirmation' at checkout and we will not request the recipient to let us take the photo.

Bank Transfer: If you are in Australia, you can deposit the due amount in our Business account at Westpac Bank using online banking of any bank in Australia or in-person deposit at any Westpac Branch office in Australia. If you are from USA, UK or Canada- Connect your bank account to your PayPal account and pay for your gift. This is the best and most secure option to shop online if you do not have credit card. You have to have a PayPal account and linked bank account to use this option. It will take about 4-5 working days to register the bank account with paypal. Having set up bank funding with PayPal, your bank account becomes your default payment option. You then have the option to make payments by Instant Bank Transfer. This is when your money is debited from your bank account and then transferred into the recipient's PayPal account instantly. In the event that there is not enough money in your bank account to make a payment, your debit or credit card acts as a back-up funding method.
First Step to gaining the status of Verified

How to Set Up Bank Funding
Step 1: Register or Log in to your PayPal account and click on Set up bank funding on the left hand side of your Account Overview page. When prompted, enter your bank details and review the bank funding agreement.
Step 2: After you provide your bank details, PayPal will deposit two small amounts into your bank account. Check our bank statement online or wait for the paper statement and make a note of these amounts.
Step 3: Log in to your PayPal account and provide what these two amounts are. There will be a link in your PayPal account to access this verification process.
When you have completed all three steps, you can then start sending PayPal payments funded by your bank account. Go to www.paypal.com to start the process.
